Terms of Service & Medical Disclaimer

Welcome to The Core Release Lab. By booking a session, submitting an intake form, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. They are written with clarity and honesty — not to create distance between us, but to ensure that we begin this work with mutual understanding and respect.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, and The Belief Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson™ are complementary energy healing modalities developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson (Discover Healing, Inc.). They are designed to identify and release trapped emotional energies, and are intended to support your overall wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or clinical therapy.

You should always consult your GP, consultant, or relevant healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptom, or concern. Energy healing should be used alongside — never in place of — conventional medical treatment.

What this means in practice:

• I will never advise you to stop, alter, or delay any medical treatment, medication, or therapy.
• I will never diagnose or claim to diagnose any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition.
• I will never guarantee specific health outcomes or claim to cure any disease or illness.
• Any information shared during or after a session (including your personal report) is for your personal reflection only and should not be interpreted as medical or psychological advice.

2. Your Responsibility

Energy healing is a collaborative process. Whilst I bring my training, experience, and deep care to every session, the outcomes of this work depend on many factors — your unique physiology, emotional readiness, lifestyle, and the complexity of what your body is processing.

You understand and agree that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in energy healing sessions.
• You are solely responsible for your health decisions, including whether to seek or continue medical treatment.
• You will not rely on the information from your session as a substitute for professional medical advice.
• The Core Release Lab and Concetta Francavilla hold no liability whatsoever for any health outcomes, physical or emotional responses, or life decisions that follow a session.
• Results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Core Release Lab and its practitioner, Concetta Francavilla, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:

• Your participation in any session (remote or in-person).
• Any information, guidance, or observations shared during or after a session.
• Any physical, emotional, or psychological response experienced during or after a session, including but not limited to processing periods, emotional releases, or temporary symptom changes.
• Any decision you make regarding your medical care, relationships, career, or personal life as a result of or following a session.

By proceeding with a booking, you waive any and all claims against The Core Release Lab and Concetta Francavilla related to the outcomes of your sessions.

4. Nature of Remote Sessions

Remote sessions are conducted using proxy muscle testing. This means:

• The practitioner connects energetically to your subconscious field using focused intention and your prior consent.
• You do not need to be present, awake, or aware during the session.
• No phone call, video call, or real-time communication occurs during the session itself.
• A detailed personal report is delivered to you after the session via your chosen method (email or WhatsApp).

By booking a remote session, you consent to this process and confirm that you understand how it works.

5. Processing Period

Following a session, your body may enter a natural processing period lasting 1–3 days. During this time, you may experience:

• Heightened emotions or vivid dreams
• Temporary fatigue or increased need for rest
• Emotional releases (crying, irritability, or a sense of lightness)
• Shifts in physical sensations

These responses are considered normal within the framework of energy healing and are not cause for alarm. However, if you experience anything that concerns you medically, please contact your GP or appropriate healthcare provider immediately.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Data Controller: Concetta Francavilla, trading as The Core Release Lab.

What we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth
• Your session theme, personal notes, and any information you share in your intake form
• Session reports and practitioner notes

How we use it:

• Solely for the purpose of preparing, conducting, and delivering your healing session and personal report.
• Your data is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.

Lawful basis:

Your explicit consent, provided via the intake form checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).

Retention:

Your personal data is retained for 12 months following your most recent session, after which it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise or book a further session.

Your rights:

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the details below.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of remote energy healing — where preparation and energetic connection begin prior to the session itself — the following applies:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: Full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refund, but the session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
• No-shows: No refund.
• Completed sessions: No refund. Energy healing sessions cannot be "undone" once performed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, blog articles, and session descriptions — is the intellectual property of Concetta Francavilla / The Core Release Lab and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.

Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and The Belief Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson™ are registered trademarks of Discover Healing, Inc. Their use on this website is for descriptive purposes in accordance with fair use and the Discover Healing Practitioner Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of The Core Release Lab's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
